Recommendations:

Leads generation can improve with higher visibility on social media pages through sponsored content and boosted posts with attractive promotion mechanics.

Partnership marketing with major car brands is crucial in securing orders for QuickCharge.sg’s electric vehicle (EV) chargers in bundle deals for new EV owners or charging credits to be redeemed at QuickCharge.sg EV charging stations.

Joining the business community and key opinion leaders through participation at events, on social media and webinars, and trade association and chambers of commerce are useful for brand imprint.

The non-landed private residences that can tap on the EV Common Charger Grant (ECCG) from the Land Transport Authority (LTA) [Singapore] and more proactive canvassing can be done in this area. Outreach to real estate and property developers is necessary for them to know about QuickCharge.sg’s EV chargers and installation. EV charging facilities are necessities in the blueprint for residential, commercial and industrial projects in the pipeline that are not built yet.

Without an extensive network of EV charging stations displayed in the QuickCharge.sg app, there is no compelling reason to download it, especially since it is not necessary to download the proprietary app to utilise QuickCharge.sg EV chargers or charging stations where there are alternative payment methods accepted through on-site payment terminals. More charging points in the network need to be acquired. Integration with other charging networks can generate interest to download the app.

Potential revenue growth in new markets that lack EV charging infrastructure can be studied for expansion overseas.
